We accept returns on unworn, new product with tags within 30 days of ship date for refund only. Returned merchandise must be returned new and unused with all original tags still attached. Merchandise that has been altered or tailored in any manner cannot be returned.

Only merchandise purchased from citizensofhumanity.com and Citizens of Humanity Aspen store will be accepted for returns. Merchandise purchased from other specialty stores or department stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased.

Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse. Once refunded, please allow up to 8 business days for the refund to reflect on your payment account, as processing can vary depending on your financial organization.
