Exchange ProcessUpdated a year ago

Exchanges can only be processed if you would like a new size within the same wash and style. If you would like a different wash or style, please follow "Return" instructions and place new order for the new item. 

  1. Navigate to
  2. Enter your order number and shipping zip code or email to start exchange
  3. Select the item you’re sending back and select reason for return
  4. Click on "Exchange for new size" and proceed to select new size
  5. Once new size is selected, click on "Exchage Item" to continue with return
  6. Select exchange option you wish to proceed with (Instant exchnage or Send my exchanage after I return) 
  7. Submit your return and print your return label and return slip
  8.  Send your item back within 14 days of receiving for fastest processing. 
  9. Once return is received, the new item will be shipped

Please note, with instant exchanges, your new exchange order is placed immediately. This helps you get your items faster and guarantees that your items are in stock. To place an instant exchange, we will put a temporary hold on your credit card for $1.00 until we receive your unwanted items.  You’ll only be charged for the amount covered by your returned items if your return isn’t in the mail within 14 days of submitting.
