Return & Exchange Policy
CITIZENS of HUMANITY wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and we will accept your purchased item(s) for refund within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Customers in the US may elect to receive store credit and may exchange purchases for a different size of the same style, if available.
Returned or exchanged merchandise must be returned new and unused with all original tags still attached Merchandise that has been altered or tailored in any manner cannot be returned or exchanged.
Only merchandise purchased from citizensofhumanity.com and Citizens of Humanity's ASPEN store will be accepted for returns or exchanges. Merchandise purchased from other specialty stores or department stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased.
Returns and refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse. Once refunded, please allow 3-8 business days for the refund to reflect on your payment account, as processing can vary depending on your financial organization.

US Returns & Exchanges
US RETURN LABELS:
For both returns and exchanges, we provide a prepaid return label along with detailed instructions to ensure a smooth and seamless process
US RETURNS:
If you wish to return for a refund to the original payment method, please note that we charge a $10 fee to defray our shipping and processing costs. The $10 fee will be deducted from the refund when processed. We do not refund shipping charges that you paid for your outgoing shipment.
If you wish to return your order for store credit, you will receive a gift card for the full purchase price via email once your return has been processed. Please note, once store credit has been issued, it is non-refundable.
US EXCHANGES:
All US exchanges are complimentary, meaning that you will not be charged the processing fee for the return portion of your exchange. The exchange is processed as a new order. Exchanges for like items, where available, will be shipped to you via standard ground shipping at no additional cost.
EU & UK Right of Withdrawal and Returns
EU/UK RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
Citizens of Humanity provides residents of the EU and UK the Right of Withdrawal for purchases from citizensofhumanity.com or our Citizens of Humanity ASPEN store. The Right of Withdrawal permits you to return goods within 14 days of delivery of your purchase, without providing a reason.
If you exercise this Right of Withdrawal, you will receive a refund of the purchase price and standard shipping charges paid by you for the delivery. If you exercise this Right of Withdrawal for only part of your purchase, you will receive a refund of the purchase price paid for the returned items and a portion of the standard shipping charges paid by you for the delivery, based on the number of items returned and the number of items in the order. You remain responsible for any added charges for expedited delivery shipment you selected in checkout. You can submit your withdrawal request by clicking here.
We will provide you with a prepaid return label, along with detailed instructions to ensure a smooth and seamless process.
The processing of your Right of Withdrawal is carried out by our processor Revoq. Further information can be found in the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) at Data Processing Agreement (DPA / AVV) – Revoq and our EU Privacy Policy at EU Privacy & Cookie Policy.
EU/UK RETURNS AFTER THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
After the Right of Withdrawal period expires, residents of the EU and UK may still return purchases within 30 days of receipt. In that case, there is a 20 USD fee for the return to defray our shipping and processing costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund and will be converted to the currency of the transaction. After the Right of Withdrawal period expires, international shipping fees paid by you for the delivery are non-refundable. If the Right of Withdrawal period has expired, please use this FORM to begin your return.

International Returns Outside the EU/UK
RETURNS:
There is a 20 USD fee for international returns outside of the EU and UK to defray our shipping and processing costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund and will be converted to the currency of the transaction. International shipping fees are non-refundable.
