RETURN POLICY – EUROPEAN UNION / UNITED KINGDOM
If you are located in the EU, your order will be fulfilled by Global-e NL BV. If you are located in the UK, your order will be fulfilled by Globale U.K. Ltd. In this Return Policy, both entities are referred to as “Global-e”. Although Global-e acts as the seller, you may exercise your Right to Withdraw from the contract and submit other returns through this website.
Citizens of Humanity guarantees our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and Global-e will honor that guarantee, including under any applicable mandatory guarantee of conformity laws. In addition, and as a separate right, Global-e will honor your exercise of your Right to Withdraw from the contract (without the need to state a reason) and accept other returns as provided below.
All returned merchandise should be returned new and unused with all original tags still attached or enclosed. Merchandise that has been tailored or altered to fit is not eligible for return, as we are unable to resell such merchandise in the normal course of our business. You may exercise your Right to Withdraw even if tags have been removed or your returned merchandise shows signs of use, but the amount refunded to you may be reduced by the diminished value of the merchandise, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Only merchandise purchased from citizensofhumanity.com and Citizens of Humanity’s Aspen store will be accepted for return. Merchandise that you purchased from other specialty stores or department stores must be returned to the store where you purchased it. Merchandise that has been tailored or altered to fit is not eligible for return, as we are unable to resell such merchandise in the normal course of our business.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges for international orders. We recommend placing a new order if you are interested in a different size, style, or wash.
Returns and refunds are typically processed within 5 business days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse. In any event, your refund will be issued within 14 calendar days after you submit your Right to Withdraw on this website or, if you submit it to Global-e directly, within 14 calendar days after Global-e receives it. Refunds are issued after correct exercise of the Right to Withdraw has been verified, using the same means of payment you used for your original transaction at no additional cost to you, unless you request a different means of repayment in writing when you submit your Right to Withdraw. Refunds may be suspended until the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Once a refund is issued, please allow 3-8 business days for it to reflect on your payment account, as processing can vary depending on your financial organization.

EU/UK RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT:
Global-e provides residents of the EU and UK with the Right to Withdraw from their contract for purchases made from citizensofhumanity.com or Citizens of Humanity’s Aspen store. The Right to Withdraw permits you to withdraw from your purchase within and no later than 14 calendar days of delivery of your purchase, without providing a reason. Although Global-e acts as seller, you may exercise your Right to Withdraw through this website.
The Right to Withdraw does not apply to merchandise that we have tailored or altered for you, or to merchandise which has been tailored or altered to fit you after purchase, as we are unable to resell such merchandise in the normal course of our business.
You will be provided with a return label, as described below. The products to be returned must be handed over to the courier within 14 calendar days of the date on which you communicated your exercise of your Right to Withdraw to us or to Global-e.
If you exercise your Right to Withdraw, you will receive a refund of the purchase price and standard shipping charges paid by you for the delivery. You remain responsible for any added charges for expedited delivery shipment that you selected in checkout.
The best way to submit your Right to Withdraw is by clicking “Withdraw from the Contract Here” at this [link] and following the interactive process. Once you complete the interactive process, you will receive a confirmation of your submission. You can also exercise your right as provided by applicable EU consumer law by filling and sending us the model withdrawal form you can find in the ANNEX I, PART B OF DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU or by delivering to us or Global-e another unequivocal written statement setting out your decision to exercise your Right to Withdraw from the contract.
RETURN LABEL: You will be provided with a prepaid return label along with detailed instructions to ensure a smooth and seamless process. You will not be required to pay the cost of returning the goods, as long as you use the prepaid return label, which will be provided to you free of charge. If you decide to send your return by another means, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

EU/UK RETURNS AFTER THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW EXPIRES:
As a voluntary commercial policy offered in addition to, and separate from, your statutory Right to Withdraw, you may return goods after your Right to Withdraw has expired (i.e., if it is more than 14 calendar days from delivery of your purchase), for up to 30 calendar days from delivery of the merchandise. You will be asked to tell us the reason for your return.
RETURN LABEL: You will be provided with a prepaid return label along with detailed instructions to ensure a smooth and seamless process.
For returns initiated after your Right to Withdraw has expired, you will be charged a $20 (USD) fee for the return to defray the costs of return shipping and for processing your return. This fee will be deducted from your refund and will be converted to the currency of the transaction.
After your Right to Withdraw has expired, international shipping fees paid by you for the delivery are non-refundable.
